Graycon Concrete is a Kansas City–based concrete contractor specializing in residential and commercial flatwork, structural slabs, and trench footing systems. Led by owner Scott Duitsman, Graycon brings a comprehensive understanding of concrete construction, spanning field execution, project management, municipal inspection, and ready-mix sales. Alongside Scott is Andres Alvarado, a key partner with extensive experience overseeing thousands of residential slab placements. Andres leads field operations with a focus on crew coordination, supplier and material management, and Spanish-speaking workforce execution. His ability to organize crews, maintain production flow, and uphold quality standards ensures every project is executed with precision and efficiency.
Together, Scott and Andres operate as a highly aligned leadership team, combining strategic oversight with disciplined field execution.
